Connect the Note output of the keyboard module
to the input of the "Goal pitch" module
Connect the Patch gate ouput of the Keyboard patch module to the input of the "Restart Pulse" module.
Connect the Gate ouput of the Keyboard Module to
the input of the "Key delay" module.
Connect the output of the "Pitch signal" module 
to the pitch modulation inputs of the VCOs.
Warning : do NOT use pitch bend with this portamento patch.
