Load Continuum2 into slot A and the b,c, and d versions into the other slots.
Hit any note on the keyboard to syncronize the pitch LFO's, and then the pitch has to
climb through 1 cycle to properly sync the "envelopes".  The mod wheel
sets the speed of the pitch increase but really the effect only works if its pretty slow.

I use the "Attack" and "Release" LFO's as an amplitude envelope that is
syncronized to the master pitch LFO.  The phases of the master pitch envelopes
determine the spacing of the pitches.  Ideally they would probably be set to
octaves or other perfect harmonics and we would have a lot more pitches in there.

There are probably much more efficient to get this effect, but it seems to be tricky
if you want to have a variable speed to the pitch.  This is just a quick hack!
