with both patches you need to be carefull with knobs 6 and 11 in 
combination with knob 12 (resonance) because they feed the signal back.
knob feeds 11 from behind the filter and knob 6 before the filter but 
after the chorus delays. with a combination of these knobs you can make
wild flangy resonance fluctuations but you can go too far. usually it
helps to turn resonance down a bit.

other interesting knobs:
knob 2: cross-mix between the fm modulator and fm carrier (the carrier
is also mixed in a different way into the stream)

knob 5: carrier fm ammount

knob 3: lfo speed - these lfo's control the delay of one of the sides
(top and bottom) of the carrier. first the carrier is split with the
diode module, then the top and down part are seperately time shifted 
and then they are mixed back together.
