Any help totally appreciated.

I figured out how to edit the CC on the Remote editor software. Now how do I get my template into the actual Novation Remote Zero SL?

If I can just get my template to work, than I can assign everything in my G2 engine.

I know the Remote states that patches 35 and 36 have no pre-set templates. Shouldn't I also be able to change the CC map on any template?

Also I have the latest version OS in the REmote.

I have a Remote 25 SL and had a Zero SL (before the 25).

Where does the trouble start?

Can you upload the template to the Remote?
Did you assign the right midi input/output device in te editor software?
Did you install the driver?
Do you use different USB ports to connect your Remote?

Indeed any template can be changed and overwritten by another template.
