Since Kruge posted pictures of his pets, http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-1537.html, I can't resist posting a picture of my beloved Sparky. He's the reincarnation of the Emperor of China. He's a Maltise, the oldest breed of dog. He's nine solar years of age. His favorite music is hardcore noise. He weighs 7.5 pounds, or 3.4 kilograms.

Sparky

Just post your pet pics here on the schmooze forum. People have posted pics of their homes, and rigs here.

What do you mean, do wrong?

Sparky is an evolved being. He loves his life, get's plenty for REM sleep, has my family take care of his every physical need, get's excellent medical care, get's the best cuisine, and more.

My understanding of reincarnation is that the form you take in your next life is directly related to the karma accumlated in the last.

Of course, once you put it that way (loves his life, get's plenty for REM sleep, has my family take care of his every physical need, get's excellent medical care, get's the best cuisine), perhaps he did nothing wrong after all, and achieved the next step up.

That's right. When I come back, I want to be a Maltise.

I cant have pets. I am allergic to animal dander. Not deathly alergic, but certainly miserably alergic over the course of a few days. Unfortunate, as my girlfriend wants a pet.

Consider getting a Maltise, they are one of the very few dogs with no dander. Even though their fur is more like human hair than dog hair, they don't shed. Hard to believe, but true. They need grooming frequently, though. We ended up with a Maltise because of this allergy problem. Our daughter has severe allergies, but the Maltise doesn't bother her. It's strange but true.

Some dogs are much worse than other. For example, my son has a Boston Terrier. I can't be around that dog for more than ten minutes before my eyes start iching and running.

I might actually look into that. Are they loud? (Maltise, that is)

Today (Mon Oct 18, 2004) Cosmo passed away, actually me and my wife had to ask our vet to put him to sleep (euthanasia). Few days ago we discovered that he had a bad spleen tumor, his prostate gland was swollen and had a hernia of the rectum. Until a week ago he was a good looking old dog walking slowly but in good shape.
We have been together for 13 years. We took him in the spring of 1991. He was a 4 months old puppy then. When we got home for the first time he was so excited that peed on my pants and pooped on the floor. It was love at first sight Exclamation It may seem silly to cry for the death of a dog but that's what I am doing.
Now he's really peering into infinity. If there is a heaven I hope to find him waiting for me when I get to the Pearly Gates.

like every other night. it seems impossible not having to walk him. Right, very sad. When my wife Marina told my 5 years old son Jarik about Cosmo's death he asked her who was going to walk him now, at night. An angel, maybe (a dog sitter angel, I suppose).

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved dog, Carlo. It's very sad, but he lived a long an good life and nobody can expect more than that.

I know from personal experience that the loss of a dog can be very painful. We get attached to them in many ways deeper than to humans. I know how you must miss him; we get so used to them, their every action seems to become part of our own lives. They die with such dignity - it's inspireing.

If possible, get another dog. Nobody can really replace Cosmo, but a new dog will be great for your son, and it will knit the family a little closer together. It will also help ease the pain.

it's true. He walked on his legs to the vet. His eyes were the same as usual. Unforgettable.

my heart would say so but we'll have to wait. We are thinking of moving and so, first, we'll have to see where we'll end up, then we'll see.

Thanks to you all love
